Max Flash who is a master magician gets recruited for the Department for Extra Ordinary Activity (DEFA) for the third time. This mission is where he has to go underwater using a special swimming suit to find out why there has been massive waves near a island. When Max goes underwater he finds a underwater city who is going to take over the world and take all of it's minerals.
