I really enjoyed this story and learning about Exmoor Ponies. I learnt about how they brand ponies and enjoyed how Katy looked after the wild foal and built a relationship with the pony until she could eventually ride the wild foal.

My favourite character is Katy. The book was very interesting. I would recommend it to others who like horses.

it was a fantastic book my favorite character is Alice because she helps Katy be braver and build up self esteem

You really should read this book if you love ponies! Oh and also look out for the other books in the trilogy including Katy's champion pony and Katy's pony surprise.
