The Bewilderbats

This is amazing book I read it twice so far!

I thought the book was exciting. Sticklenose climbed a tree and got to the top but the boggles couldn't get him down, they asked the bewilderbats if they could help but the bats said they had a tummyache from eating all of the boggles' nuts. Moss, Leaflette and Pippy went on an adventure to get the tummyache potion for the bats and ropes to make a web so Sticklenose can jump down from the tree and land in a web. I like Moss the best. It interested me because Moss, Leaflette and Pippy went on a mission to rescue Sticklenose. I would recommend it to someone else.

My favourite character is Snagglefang because he has sharp teeth and is the leader of the bats. I would recommend this book to someone else because it has an big adventure and bats.

This book is about a little Twiggle boy named Sticklenose who gets stuck up a tree, but the other Twiggles can't get to him because the way he went up was too small and tricky! They have to get the fierce BeWILDerbats to try and get him down, but even they can't! In the end, Moss, Swampy (two Boggles), and Leaflette (a Twiggle) go on an adventure to find the Slitherigrubs to get their threads to weave a net for Sticklenose to jump on to. My favourite character is Leaflette because she is a kind, generous Twiggle who, even though she is scared, is prepared to go on a dangerous, frightening journey to rescue Sticklenose. This is the second book in the BeWILDerwood series. I would recommend this book to children of all ages because it is adventurous, cunning and funny! Enjoy!
