A fantastic read that I will keep going back for! A slow start to the story and it was getting better and better! I can’t wait to read more each day and finished the entire book within a couple of weeks. Thoroughly recommend!

I liked it because it was very complex, it has lots of characters but was easy to follow. The plot was reaaaaaaaaaaaally good.

I loved it because it was an adventure all around middle earth. It is about a character called Frodo Baggins and he had the ring. So wraiths are trying to hunt him down and frodo is trying to get to Mordor and throw the ring in the pit of lava with the fellow ship of the ring.

I loved this book, especially reading about the forest of Lothlorien and about the elves Legolas, Galadriel, Celeborn and Arwen. I also liked reading about Frodo and his adventures!

I got half way through this book and loved it, however it got quite complicated for a ten year old. I will revisit lord of the rings as I very much like it.

Incredible beginning of one of the best book series’s ever written. Action packed and full of great characters. My favourites were Legolas, Merry, Sam and Aragorn but each character was well written with excellent stories who made the book an awesome read. This is one I have to recommend: an absolute must read for all!

I would recommend this book however it was not my favourite because the story went on for a very long time.

What interest me is how they risk their lives to destroy the most powerful weapon

I like that it is a different twist to The Hobbit, as The Fellowship of the Ring has a wider variety of fantastic species. I think anyone who really likes getting absorbed in a story would love this book.
