Reviews

I like Cherry the most because she has a lot in common with me, such as keeping a diary!

This is and excellent read as it is funny and exciting. The blurb is this: And do I have a lot to write! Mum's just re-married, but how could she marry a man called Ronald Butter- what kind of name is that? He's a total dweeb who sends me coded messages and calls me Cherry Pie. Yuck! I loved reading this book and I would recommend it to anyone between the ages of 5 and 13.

It is about a girl called Cherry and her best friend Melanie, but she calls her Skinny Melon because she's so skinny, who both keep diaries, and the book is Cherry's diary. Her mum and dad are divorced, and her mum gets married to somebody else who is called Roland Butter. He keeps giving Cherry stupid coded messages. Then her mum says she's pregnant, and Cherry gets a step-sibling, because the book doesn't tell you what gender the baby is.

I think people should read this book because it is cherry waterton`s diary of when her mum remarries a man called roland butter and she`s certainly not changing her surname.
