Spy dog is my favourite character as he is a fast cyclist and so am I. When his cycle is lost he calls the police who help him find it.

This book was a great book that I enjoyed reading. I love all the lovely bits of the book. Even the not so enjoyable bits are entertaining. I like the fact the is interesting but at the same time funny. The author explained the book well and added pictures. It was fiction and my favourite character was definitely Lara and Star. Lara is spy dog she is very clever. Star takes after her mum she looks like her mum and is intelligent. Star and her brother Spud are Spy Pups trained by Professor Cortex to be spy dogs too. I would recommend this book.

I think this book was good but as a spy-fiction novel I think there should have been more going on. My thoughts were that there should have been a more unlikely ending because we already would have guessed that the dog would save everyone. My favourite character was Lara. I would recommend this book to younger children because it is appropriate for their age.
