I like this book because I feel that the foxes are a really good friend to Billy and help him through a bad time. I would recommend this book to anyone who is feeling a bit lonely.

I enjoyed this book. Billy has a difficult time, but still cares for animals. He has some adventures with a fox cub he has saved. The book ends happily, but can make you cry. I would recommend it.

It was a sad book at the beginning because they wanted to hunt the foxes down but at the end the boy helped them out. I loved the foxes characters in this book. It taught us that we have to look after animals. I would recommend the book.

I liked the book although it isn't my favourite type of story. It's very emotional and gets sad in places. The book was about a boy and a fox running away and is a type of tranquill story great for bedtime.
