This book was really enjoying because it was a mystery about the strange man that was in the circus and the Secret Seven found out that the man had the pearl and they found it.

A very well written detective book, with surprises, looking for clues and plot twists. This case (the second book) is about a stolen pearl necklace, stolen by somebody in the circus. The seven see him trying to escape, and from then on they hunt for clues (some of them are very peculiar) and solve the case. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who likes detective stories, and Enid Blyton.

Jack's sister has a terrible temper. She is called Suzy. I don't like that character as she is terrible and keeps annoying the secret society called the Secret Seven as you know. They had a meeting for no reason so they played American Indians. Colin had to hide and they had to find him. Colin climbed up a tree and found a mystery...someone was in the garden but he couldn't see who it was because he was up high and not close. He thought it was the owner so he went down but accidentally fell down. Then he saw him clearly...bald head, pattern on his t-shirt, no moustache. He screamed but then Peter found him. And they they had a proper meeting with their password which was adventure. They found out in the end who it was...it was a man who belongs to the circus because he stole a jewel and hid it behind the lions.

This was really good because Collin thought he was going to be caught. It was silly because he got boxed on the ears instead.
