I didn't have any expectations for this book so I rated it higher than the previous book in the series. Even though it was fiction, I learnt about the different Greek gods (Poseidon, Zeus, Ares, Hermes.) and creatures (Satyrs, Centaurs).

This novel is a brilliant book, for my interest in ancient gods and mythological events. My favorite character was none other than Polyphemus, the cyclops. If you like greek gods and monsters, this is the book for you!

A very good and very exciting book full of everything mythical and islands with magical fleeces from golden rams. My favourite character was Annabeth, Percy's best friend. A definite recommendation.
