I liked this book because it turned out that the tutor was a bad guy. They find a secret passageway in their uncles study that leads to a wardrobe in a farmhouse. This was very exciting. My favourite character is Timmy because he manages to save the day by stopping the men from escaping the room until the others come in.

It is really good but it was a bit scary. But when I when I went on holiday and found some tunnels in a ruined castle I played at being the Famous Five. I still really like Anne but I love Timmy. I wish I had Timmy with me on holiday. Yes you should read it if you love adventure.
