I liked this because I like Ronald Dahl books and the rhymes were funny. All the stories are different from the original ones and my favourite was Snow White because they were all liked horse racing and were jockeys, which was funny.

I liked this book as it took old fairy tales and replaced certain elements with modern day characteristics and the story's brought out bigger and bolder pictures in people's minds rather than the dull fairy tale which always has a happy ending. It is something different which is unique and beneficial to young and happy readers. I really enjoyed this book despite my age. This shows that this book is enjoyable within a wide age range.

I would recommend children to read this book if they like rhymes or poetry and the book has got rhymes that you will all be familiar with (e.g the three little pigs)
