Monstrous Maud: Freaky Sleepover
A. B. Saddlewick, Sarah Horne
When Maud’s perfect twin sister, Milly plans a sleepover, Mum forces Maud to have her friends over too. What can possibly go wrong? Nothing much … just that Maud’s mum might find out about Rotwood High being a school for real monsters! As if that’s not enough to worry about, Maud is tricked into looking after Violet, the school hamster, by her arch enemy, Poisonous Penelope. But Violet is no ordinary hamster! She’s a pedigree vampster and an expert cage-breaker. With a vampster on the loose, sleep is the very last thing that happens! Another terrifyingly terrific tale in the Monstrous Maud series, written by A.B. Saddlewick.

I would recommend this book to my friends at school. This book is very adventurous but also will make you laugh. My favourite character is Penelope, the main characters witch friend because she uses her magic in very cheeky ways.

This book was OK but it wasn't the best. It was about a girl named Maud who went to school with Vampires, ghosts, Witches and Zombies.

Maud is a monster witch and she is nice and nasty (of course) and had friends that include a ghost, a vampire, a bat and a witch. All spooky stuff and good to read. I was scared that they would not get the pet vampster in time and not let the human audience see it I was happy that they got him in time and had a wicked sleepover I felt grumpy that her sister and sleepover friends were bossy
