From the award-winning author of the Spy Dog series comes a wildly funny tale in HarperCollins’ Awesome Animals series – the funniest fiction, starring the wildest of wildlife from leading authors. The Hole-in-the-Tree gang are not happy when they find another group of raccoons raiding their favourite food stores. The town isn’t big enough for the both of them but can Quickpaw Cassidy and friends come up with a plan to drive the raiders out? A brilliant adventure packed with laugh-out-loud-action.

'Raccoon Rampage: The Raid ' is a story about a raccoon gang called the Hole-in-the-Tree Gang. They would raid a person named Max's shop every night. The person I liked best was Rocky, a raccoon in the Hole-in-the-Tree Gang. He was always really scared and afraid of Max because he killed animals. I would recommend this book to someone else as it is really funny. But it could've been funnier.

I liked sunshine the best because he was a very intelligent raccoon and was good at making plans. I would recommend this children 7+.

This book is really good, I have read better books, but I would still highly recommend it, it is from the same author as 'spy dog', which are utterly brilliant books! I like the fact that it was a big mystery that needed solving to save the town - funny, exciting and mysterious - everything you would expect from an Andrew Cope book!

I liked when they saved the day. And when the man went in jail. When Raymond was covered in face paint to look like he’d been Scratched by a bear and was wearing big bear shoes. My favourite character was sunshine because she was clever and always had a camera under her hat so she could take lots of pictures to save the day.

The Hole in the Tree gang are back in the forest and still stealing from Max's shop! Max's nephew Raymond is up to something bad and the raccoons investigate. How can a bear be causing problems when the only bear in the woods is still hibernating? I really liked this book because Raymond is finally found out and goes to jail.
