I really enjoyed this book, seeing how boarding schools really are- following all the adventures that she has. It was not a challenging book however since it is more for 7-11 years. I enjoyed learning more about Cornwall and World War II.

This book was fun to read but I found that it was not challenging. The storyline was excellent but I found that the vocabulary was slightly lacking. There will be many people who are shaking their heads at this review but it is my personal preference, and everyone has a unique opinion. I would recommend it to ages six and over because I feel as though it is in the right stage for them. It was a fiction book but it may be a reality for those in boarding schools. I rate this a solid 4!
