I predicted that the cat was secretly sewing the shoes in the night when the man and lady went to bed but it was actually elves. The elves were so cute and they made the man rich because everyone bought his shoes.

The elves were so clever because they put spell on the shoe seller's shoes so they can escape when he doesn't has any more business. The shoes with fancy bows were extremely gorgeous.The shoes seller's shoes were awful because the fall apart and broken in few days.

This is a fun story. I like how the shoemaker and his wife go from being poor at the beginning of the book to having enough money at the end. It's good when the elves come out at night to sew the shoes and then people start buying them. The shoes the shoemaker and his wife made for the elves were tiny!
