Brilliantly written, I’ve read this book and another of the same series, they were both greatly exciting! Personally I think it was brilliant!

My favourite character would be would be Will because his ability to cut into other dimensione with his knife Makes the story exciting and prone to change within seconds. I would definitely recommend the book to friends.

I really enjoyed the Amber Spyglass because it was full of adventure and mystery. My favourite character was Lyra and her deamon Pantalaimon. I would recommend it because it pulls you into a fantastic adventure. This is an amazing part 3 to the series.

The final book in the sequence. The battle is at its peek. And Lyra is in the middle of it. People want to kill her, and she has to survive, and win the battle. And in the end they will have to separate.

This book is part of the best book series i have ever read. The characters are so loveable. I love this book with my whole entire heart and i think everyone should be able to have the opportunity to read these. I totally recommend this book. I really love the character of Will Parry and how he evolves over time and same with Mary Malone. I just love this book so much.

I like Wills character because he is easy going and although the alethiometer says he is a murderer, I think he is mistaken. He breaks the Knife in the end, so that is all good and stops the spectres coming through and eating all the adults. They do get separated in the end, which is very very sad, but they visited loads of very fun and exciting places like the elephants on wheels with the Dr. Malone and then the land of the dead Putting everything right there and then go their separate ways. I adore this book.

My favourite character in this book was Will because i suddenly realise Lyra and will are like Adam and Eve but this time they save the world. I would recommend this book to ages 10 and up.

This is part three of the northern lights. It shows a very emotional story line towards the end and a breathtaking one at the start. They escape the world of the dead in the previous story and cut through the air to another world. This is where the find a friend of Lyra's, Mary. Will and Lyra have been searching for their demons (their other soul in an animal form). They find out that they have caused just a deep and dark magic that could tear the world apart, cuts through the air that lead to other worlds, every time one is opened a creature named a spectre spawns and becomes living. An adult killing creatures that children cant see. Will has to close every one of them (with a guardian angel) and go back to his world. Lyra and him live in separate worlds. They were forever separated.

i would recommend this book and the books before:(The Northen Lights, and The Subtle Knife) to Harry Potter lovers and Jacquline Wilson lovers too. the book series interested me because there was action and fights and mythical people or creatures like witches and dæmons and Lryra and Will's destinies to save the world.

In my opinion, I think this book is thrilling and extremely intriguing to read. I am very sad that it is the last one of the series because I loved it so much and I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves fantasy adventures, like me.
