This is the first Charlie Bone book I have read and I will read more. It was very good, with magic, monsters and adventures.

I would recommend this book but you need to read the other books in the series first other wise it won't make sense. I am exited to read the next book.

I liked this book because it was a rescue mission to help someone. My favourite character was Olivia vertigo because she had an amazing power to create illusions. I would recommend this book.

This book was exciting all the way through. My favourite character was Dagbert the Endless - he is a baddy who drowns people! He was a bit scary, but exciting. Another of my favourite characters was Naren - she can send shadow messages over great distances and she is described as a girl with sunshine hair. She helps Charlie - which is why I like her!
