This book is about Dudley(the dog) is scared of everything (spiders) and his own shadow and Attila the nasty dog down the road was trying to get Dudley and Daphne (the owner) but luckily Attila was stuck on a log so Dudley and Daphne ran home when their Dudley and Daphne hug.

It has lots of words and pages so i read in chapters. I liked that the dog was scared of things and be silly. he ended up being braveand saved the girl. He was still scared of hairy boggles though.
