This is one of my favourite books because it’s full of adventures ,fun and pranks.This book was fiction and my favourite character was Claudine.I would recommend this book to anybody.

I like it because Claudine is quite naughty at first but then as she gets older she gets the English sense of honour teach her about. This is a real triumph for the others because it seemed almost impossible for Claudine to listen to them. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes Mallory Towers because they are the same prospect. (New kids at a secondary boarding school )

My favourite character was Claudine because she deliberately fell into the pool to get revenge at Angela mother for criticising St Clare's. The worst person was Angela because all she did was brag about her family's wealth. I especially loved the part when Janet and Bobby let some stink bombs go of in class. I would recommend it for children who like Enid Blyton.

I love this series! The St. Clare’s books are my favourites! There were still midnight feasts and Claudine was so similar to Mamzelle which made it really funny!!

I thought this book was super I just loved all of it. My favourite character was Claudine because of her attitude and the way she talked and about "English sense of honour." I would recommend it to Year 5 up

I thought this book was awesome. I enjoyed it because Eileen and Edgar were so poor but Edgar wasn't to be defeated so he worked at a job which I think was really brvae of him, seeing at what age he is. I think that the new Matron was simply awful and it was awful to of Eileen to tell tales on her form but then agains she was forced to. I think my faviroute charcter is actually Claudine because she is so hilarious. Honestly, if all French people are like that I would very much like to meet some soon. I found it hilarious when Claudine pushed Matron into the cupboard like that and left her banging helplessly whilst everyone else enjoyed a good feast! I would reccomend it to, as usual, everyone who likes a good bit of fun and something interesting to keep them going.

I really liked the book.My favourite character was Claudine because she was brave inoph to lock the new bad Matron in the cubourd and the best part was when the O, Sullivan twins were joint head girls! The character I did not like at all was Priscilla.She was so rude to a little first former and Jane, the first former had a secret and Priscilla knew it so she threatened to tell the whole school about and Jane's secret was that her father was in jail becase he was acused of stealing money from a bank but at the end it wasn't him after all!

A good book! Lots of jealousy and mystery to look forward to. My favourite character is Janet because she has a sence of humour as well as a bold voice that everyone can listen to. Would recommend it

What I thought about this book was very good and exciting.The person I liked best was Claudine as when she faced a lot of spiteful remarks she dismissed them and continued with her school life.Also I like her best as she was very cheeky,funny and clever.I would recommend it to people who love adventures.
