Tuffy doesn't feel wanted at home any more. His owners just don't appreciate him. So what if he broke the new TV? Got fur on all Dad's clean clothes? Ate Tinkerbell the kitten's special kitten-food? All accidents! But they're making such a fuss! So Tuffy decides to make a break for it.

I really like this book because like all of the other books in the series it is extremely funny.Another reason why I like it is that Tufty realises how important and special his family is to him.Therefore I loved this book.

It's a good book it's about a cat, who spits in a baby's face and the dad talks about getting rid of him so the car ran away, a woman wants to take him to Spain.. i like Ellie the little girl who owns the cat and tuffy the cat

An adventure story i would say. It was funny how she thought a cat would think but it seems so true though! I thought it was good and imaginative. 7-9 ages would probably suit. Very funny.

Naughty Tuffy thinks he will be happier in a new home. Do you think he is? Read this book and find out. Great fun. Recommended for lower Ks2, although all ages (including adults) can enjoy the humour.

It was about Tuffy who was Ellies cat. He ran away and wanted to go to a new home. During the story he visits lots of homes and that made Ellies sad. The story finishes with a happy ending. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes cats.
