Rating: 3 1/2 I liked this book because it was Very much for teenage girls, my favourite character was Ellie and I like their friendship. Itwas not as good as girls in tears but I liked the plot and idea.

It was great, as all Jaqueline Wilson books are, but a bit boring at times!

A brilliant story by Jacqueline Wilson, "Girls out late" was one of my first library books from when I was in year 3. Ellie, the main character loves drawing, so I would recommend it to 7-11 readers that share a passion in drawing.

Ellie was my favourite character she thinks she will never find a boy friend but she does she finds Russel Ellie thinks she is plump she says she wants to be like Nadine and Magda but Russel says you don’t wont to be like them Ellie just be you. Russel brought Ellie thes pearly hair clips and Ellie loved them. The three girls were ment to be going to a Claudia concert but Ellie said she was going to go to a dance with Russel but then she changed her mind and went to the Claudia concert but Claudia cancelled because she met this boy.
