The book has great adventures between two friends who take care of each other and who fight and overcome beasts, it is a great read.

It was scary because I thought Tom's best friend would be killed by the acid. I liked Elenna best because she is smart and brave.I will recommend this to my sister.

I liked the bit where Tom was on the stepping stones and lustor was blocking there way. my favourite beast in this story is Epos.

When Tom goes to Stonewin volcano, where Epos the flame bird lives (one of the good beasts of Avantia). He has to defeat a knight of Forton who has been transformed into a beast that he once defeated.

Tom was trying to get to Ellena so he had to get through the poison swamp after he killed Lustor. He had to use the jewel to put Ellena’s leg bone back together. My favourite character was Tom.

i love when theirs one boy called josh and this quest begins where in the forest theirs a freaky sign saying beaware lustor the acid darter in the forest.he is in a forest cave with metal bars going down and accros like prison and millions of signs.there is a gargantuan thick metal rusty old padlock on the bars attached to the metal leather cotton less handall witch is drilled right through the ground.you couldent see it because wood was covering the metal bars but there was pictures of lustor tied on a rope,when he throws acid darts,when his tongue came out of its mouth it was massive and scaires the people away.

lustor is a monster that squirts Acid through his mouth. He lives near Stonewin volcano were Epos the flame bird lives . Lustor is threatening Epos so tom has to save him from getting killed!
