Trouble According to Humphrey
Betty G. Birney, Jason Chapman
Join Humphrey the hamster for his third adventure – and this one is going to be packed with trouble! When all sorts of problems crop up in the classroom, from Pay-Attention-Art’s marks going down, to Golden-Miranda finding herself in big trouble, Humphrey must step in to lend a helping paw. Using his charm, resourcefulness and wisdom, he’s certain to have a plan. This third instalment follows the brilliantly successful The World According to Humphrey and Friendship According to Humphrey.
Reviews

This book is nice, but I prefer other Humphrey books. The main thing I like about this book is how Humphrey tries to help Miranda Golden (called Golden-Miranda by Humphrey) and I really like her, because she is kind. I am not interested in other parts of the story. The main reason I read it was because it seemed like Miranda was a main character, but I actually find out she is not. Still, I like this book.

If you like hamsters, then you might like this book. Humphrey, a golden class room hamster, lives in room 26, but every weekend, a class pupil takes him to their house. Humphrey helps all his friends in room 26 when he jiggles his lock that doesn't lock and he is free to roam around the school. Og the frog, who shouts BOING-BOING-BOING, is a class room pet too, and warns his hamster friend whenever there is danger near. I would recommend this book for children under 9 years of age, because it might be boring for 10 year olds. Thanks for reading my REVIEW! Bye! Empress Tuesday Teacup xxx
