It is about a girl called Elizabeth Allen who is spoilt and selfish. Her Mother and Father said that she had to go to school and she didn't want to. She tried to persuade them to change their minds but they still said she had to so she vows to be so naughty that they send her home at half term. At first, nobody likes her. But at the meeting she gets punished so she decides to be good instead. She is friends with everyone after that and makes a best friend called Joan but she still wants to go home at half term because she thinks that it is feeble to change your mind after you have made it up. Then she learns that is is feeble not to change your mind if something happens to prove you wrong and she will miss out on lots of fun things if she leaves so she decides to stay on at Whyteleaf school.

I liked all the adventures that Elizabeth had. I like that she changed from the Bold Bad Girl to the sort of girl Whyteleafe school wants. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes stories about people who change their actions and their minds. I'm looking for ward to reading the next book in the series.
