Winnie Shapes Up

It was amazing it talks about how a witch named Winnie was trying to raise money for shoes so she had to flip a pancake to the finish line but her teacher won the reward instead because she was running to the end but a pancake fell on her head and she was the fist won to reach the end because of that pancake. Later on Winnie got invited to her friends old fashioned house and rescued aliens on the way and left one at her house to keep her entertained. After that Winnie went to the gym but kept on performing spells and the gym trainer Nigel ran as fast as wind blew but Winnie had lost loads of weight so to celebrate they went to a cafe and ate some food until they were stuffed

I really enjoyed this book, it is hilarious. My favourite character is Winnie. I found it funny that Winnie forgot that she was wearing her pyjamas when she did a work out. I would recommend it as it was so funny and I want to buy the book to read again.

I would recommend it to people who like funny books. My favourite person was Winnie because she is the main character and does funny things like have one berry for breakfast. I gave this book five because it is funny and you just get lost in the story. I think most children like that stuff in a book.

Winnie needs to get fit and she goes to the gym and then after she is really skinny and she goes to a cafe and sees her gym teacher eating almost as much unhealthy food as her and wilbur.

I liked the bit where Winnie kept the kids silent for the sponsored silence because Winnie told them her dream and it was as if she was telling me. I didn't like the part where Winnie's pants ripped because it was a bit disgusting that she was running down the street with ripped pants. My favourite character was Mrs Parmar because she ran the sponsored silence competition and told Winnie that she would never keep quiet. I thought this was funny because a teacher might say that to me as I can never keep quiet! I would recommend this to someone else, but if they don't like mean words then they shouldn't read it.

I loved this book. My favourite part was when Wilbur the cat puts oranges inside his tracksuit to make him look strong. This story is a fiction book but it is very funny!!. I would recommend this story, because it's a great book to read.

A very funny book particularly the last chapter where Winnie is wearing her workout top over her bed time t-shirt and her workout trousers over her track-suit bottom. She realised later why she had been feeling so hot. Also in Chapter 2 (Flippin Winnie) Winnie thought she needs living flowers to make pancakes and that is what she used not thinking it should be flour.

I love Winnie the Witch and her cat Wilbur! They always go on amazing and funny adventures. There are 4 stories in a book, all extremely funny. My favourite is the last one “Winnie shapes up” because she wanted to get fit but it do work for her. At the end Winnie and Wilbur went to the Cafe and ate all what was on a menu and her pants ripped. Everyone who like funny adventure stories and cats and witches should definitely read this book.
