Wilf’s school ski trip has been cancelled because there’s no snow. Wilf and his friends help the Ice Cream Wizard to find his stolen wand, and their reward is a covering of ice-cream over the whole hill. Wilf uses his magic to freeze the ice cream and so his school friends have their snowy holiday after all.

I liked the ice cream and that they were going on a school trip. I liked the dog and the wizard. And I liked that the frog and cat got covered in ice cream. I really liked reading this book!

This book is about being clever. Wilf, the dog, caught the thieves who stole the magic wand and later found the wand thrown by thieves in the tree.
