I liked how there's three cats journeying to midnight and then they find out that midnight is a badger. I loved Leafpaw because she has this connection with Squirrelpaw, and then I think she saved a life by sending Squirrelpaw the taste of burdock root. When she finally knows what the taste is she gets some burdock root she puts it on Tawnypelt's swollen bite from a rat. I would recommend this to 9+ because it includes death.

my favourite character is leaf paw one of the main characters and she is kind, caring and understanding. I would recommend it to anyone who like adventure mystery

I loved this book because of the tension, drama and fantasy. I liked the characters and liked how it linked to humans destroying the forest. I am really excited to get the next one because it sounds very tense and you want to read more. I recommend this to people 9+ who love cats and love Fantasy and twists. My favourite character was most of them because they were likeable.

It was a bit of a slow start to the book but then it got exciting . My favourite character was Brambleclaw because he led the other cats to the sun - drown place. It was slow - going but I want to read the next book.

I really enjoyed Midnight and found it very surprising that Midnight was actually a badger!In the first series my favourite character was Firestar, from this book I preferred Squirrelpaw. I definitely would recommend the series and the author is my favourite author
