It is an interesting story, that Scarlet tries to find a way to the mainland without passing Gilber Gauntlet who charges 10 golden groats. They got 10, but they were charged extra by evil Gilber. They think he'll go higher, they found a route without passing Gilber. Read the book the find out. I love it, it really hooked me.
