It was a very good story. I liled it because it was about friendship. The dog taught the villagets to be friendly but he was making the villagers make free soup for him. I liked the cook. I would definitely recommend the book.

I liked that everybody eventually shared their food. At the beginning, I thought the travellers were going to eat all the soup themselves, but they were kind and taught the people to share. I think everybody will love this book and learn the lesson of sharing.

I would recommend this book to someone else. I thought Stone Soup was amazing because it is based on an old fairy tale called Stone Soup. My favourite character was the old villager he was kind but suspicious in a little bit of the book. They enjoyed the delicious Stone Soup witch made me hungry!!!

Some people will think it's for babies but it's actually for bigger children because the flip up pages are joined up to the words ....I don't know why they do rock soup because it's kind of weird and soily.

Because a dog went to a village and he brought a stone with him. They cooked it by lots of Vegetables in the pot. What do you think what will happen next ??

This great book is about a community of people coming together with different speacial ingredients; they combine different vegetables like carrorts, mushrooms, peas, dumplings, tomatoes, & salt & peper to make delicious soup for eveyone to enjoy together. The overall life lesson is to notice that everyone is important and can give a little something to make a good result. Sharing in caring.
