This is a fantastical dream-like story about a young polar bear who can’t get to sleep. He goes outside and meets his friends on the hillside. At midnight, by the light of the moon, they dance the Polar Bolero.

I have read this book

I like how it has loads of teddies and he outs his slippers in the wrong way in the picture .. I like how the bugs fly around and how he falls to sleep in a cloud in the sky.
