This was a good book, she wins the competition because she is a good dancer. I like the paper doll that comes with the book and the clothes to dress the doll with. I would recommend this to people who like dance and competitions and Indian culture.

I like this book and can't wait to read the other books about Alana. My favourite person is Alana because she is confident, funny and a good friend to Meena. I also like Meena because she is smart and funny and kind. Alana's mum shouts at her and her dance teacher is strict so I didn't like them so much. I would recommend this to all my friends.
