I really love the Dragonology series, but I think the style of this book is very different and the ending is a bit sad: you get a bit of a feeling of "after everything (everything=the series) why did this have to happen?" But there is a little twist at the end that cheers you up. It's still really exciting though and it feels as though the ending is the right thing to happen. P.S. Don't worry, though, dragons don't go extinct! In fact most of them are fine. :)
