Teggs and his crew face an evil old enemy. A carnivore time-machine has been invented and sent back to Earth 65 million years ago to sabotage the plant-eaters’ efforts to leave the planet. Only meat-eaters will escape! The Astrosaurs must chase the time machine to save their ancestors and prevent the Earth being completely destroyed.

Fav character = Gipsy Borrowed some from library in winter, read so much I have now bought and read the whole set! Definitely would recommend!

I like this book because it's all about time travel. Loki tries to destroy all plant eaters by going in to the future where dinosaurs were just about to leave off for space but luckily the Astrosaurs saved the day. My favourite character is Iggy. I've read all the books in the series now. I recommend this book for people who like dinosaurs like my little brother!

This is an amazing book. General Loki steals a time machine and heads down to Earth to wipe out the herbivores before the meteor strikes. Teggs and his crew have to stop Loki before he does because if he manages he will change history and the Jurassic Quadrant will be ruled by carnivores without a herbivore in sight... A good book, I enjoyed it.
