Just like in A Midsummer nights dream, the love flower’s liquid is dropped onto someone’s eyelid, and they fall in love with someone completely wrong. It’s full of mystery and wonder.

1. My favourite character is Delphie. 2. My favourite part of the book is when they spray King Rat in the eyes when he falls asleep and he falls in love with himself. 3. My least favourite character is King Rat. 4. My least favourite part of the book is when Princess Aurora tells Delphie that the prince doesn't lover her anymore. 5. I would recommend this to my friends.

Delphie is the main character. She is a ballerina with magic ballet shoes. This book is number 6 of a series of stories about her. In this story, Delphie’s ballet shoes transport her back to the magical village where some of her friends are performing a show, A Midsummer‘s Night Dream, for the Queen’s birthday. But things start to go wrong when the fake magical flower from the play gets swapped to a real magical flower which makes one of Delphie’s friend’s fall in love with the Sugarplum fairy. Luckily Delphie and her friends manage to break the spell. They also play a trick on King Rat which makes him fall in love with himself. Once again Delphie saves the day and her magic ballet shoes return her home. When she is home she discovers that her magic ballet shoes don't fit her anymore so she has to give her shoes away to a ballerina who she thinks deserves to go to the magical village and have amazing adventures . My favourite character was the Sugarplum fairy. I would recommend this book for girls 5+ that love fairytales.

people should read this book because it is great and Delphie isn't ready to give up her magic ballet shoes even though they are too small for her. In the end she gives them to rosa.
