Evan Ross is staying with his father's aunt, Kathryn. He has not seen her since he was 2 years old. He meets a girl called Andy and they go to an old toy shop. Evan sees a blue can with the words MONSTER BLOOD written on it. The owner says it's not for sale. The monster blood starts to grow and grow. It tries to suck Evan into it in an old bath tub along with his father's aunt's cat Sarabeth. The monster blood eats Sarabeth as she was a witch in disguise. After that everything that had eaten the monster blood turned back to normal size including the monster blood.
