Horrible Geography is the perfect escapism from miserable maps, rotten rock piles and dire diagrams. In Earth-Shattering Earthquakes readers can discover what it takes to be an earthquake expert, learn how to survive when an earthquake hits, and discover how rats and snakes can predict tremors.

It wa factual and I liked it because it thought me a lot about earthquakes and how to spot them. I would definitely recommend to people who are living in earthquake areas as it can be a life-saver.

Why do Americans live on the San Andreas Fault? Japan and New Zealand are on faultlines too. Seismographs record earthquakes and tremors but if one is registered on the Richter scale then its a big problem.
