The Lost Hero
Rick Riordan
When Jason, Piper and Leo crash land at Camp Half-Blood, they have no idea what to expect. Apparently this is the only safe place for children of the Greek Gods – despite the monsters roaming the woods and demigods practising archery with flaming arrows and explosives. But rumours of a terrible curse – and a missing hero – are flying around camp.

It was really good because there were twists and turns and you had to figure out clues. Each chapter made you want to red more.

I enjoyed that as the book went on, you could piece together what was happening and what has happened. No downsides to this book, so I would recommend this to just about anyone.

I am so excited that this series is like a carry on from Percy Jackson. My favourite character was Piper she was such a funny and mysterious person. It’s so sad that Percy is lost although I think I have a good prediction where he is

I was engaged. It was a good book I like how Leo got the dragon working and they didn't have to kill him and how Jason is from the Roman Camp. And they figure out that Percy Jackson is at the Roman Camp.

General Gonzo Archer 04.09.2021

I thought it was an amazing book with lots of actions and adventure with a hint of mystery as Jason (the main character) slowly recovers his memory while going on a quest to rescue the queen of the gods. Jason is my favourite character because he is the son of Jupiter (Zeus in Roman form) and is very powerful smart, kind and he travels with his girlfriend Piper and his friend Leo. I would definitely recommend this book to people who like fantasy, action and adventure.

I think that this book was a great start to the series and i really enjoyed it. My favourite character was Festus the dragon as it was cool how he showed Leo Bunker 9. I would definitely recommend this book to anybody who is a fan of the Percy Jackson Series.
Lady Fenella Foxtail 28.08.2020

It was a great book, with well developed characters. The only issue I have with this book is that from the beginning it wasn’t very gripping, so I put it down and forgot about it a few times before going past the first few hundred pages. I’m really glad I did, because it was an amazing story. My favourite character is Leo because I can relate to him and he has a good sense of humour. My least favourite charat is Annabeth, for in this book she is portrayed as an insistent teen looking for Percy, only caring about what she wants. I would change the amount of times Leo fell for other women just because she was beautiful, because it almost makes Leo look like he only cares for appearances. I recommend it, and rate it 4.5/5
