Heartwarming and Hilarious as you would expect when written by David Walliams. This such a classic granny but...as a thief. Her and her grandson Ben go on a fabulous adventure to steal the crown jewels until bumping in to someone. This book has a variety of emotions such as exciting but sad. By the end you feel emotionally filled with the aspect if love for family. Thus is an amazing book followed by Gangsta Granny strikes again which is also amazing. Do read this cause it's amazing rated 5 stars

İt was a thrilling book full of funny moments. İt had a really unexpected ending, which İ didn't really like, and a great plot. İt had really unrealistic parts in it, which felt out of place. Overall, it was really good.

I think it's a great book because it tells you never to call someone boring as they might lie to you about being a gangsta and you might end up in the tower of London with the king and your granny and your granny has cancer

I recomend this book because it is mysterious and funny. At the same time it is very silly because the queen shows her knickers at the end that is why I love this book.

This book is a fiction. I liked the character of Granny the most because she is an international jewel thief. She likes Murray-mints just like I do. She is very nice and a gangster but she smells of cabbage, she carries cabbage soup everywhere with her - this is something funny about the book. I will recommend this book to someone who hasn't read it yet.

Gangsta Granny is very funny. This book and other David Walliams books are my favourite and Diary of A Wimpy Kid. I like this book becusse we think she is a stealer and not many Granny will do that.

WAIT, WHAT? When Ben is left at his Grandmothers house on a Friday night, when his parents are busy ballroom dancing, he discovers a biscuit tin filled with sparkling, beautiful jewels, that is hidden away on top of the refridgerator (Great hiding spot!), he discovers his Grannies darkest secret... AND THEY PLOT TO STEAL SOMETHING MORE... Will the wonderous Black cat and Ben, make it away with THE CROWN JEWELS? A must read tale full of David Walliams explicit humour and fun, adventure and family. Anyone can read.
