this book was amazing! It was filled with gore and blood but at the same time didn’t have to much gore/blood. It was an apocalypse themed book about crazed adult’s searching for food. My favourite character(s) were small same and “the kid”. “The kid” had saved small Sam from adults who weren’t infected but were still fighting for food. Small Sam and “the kid” were both nine years old and they have earned my full respect. I would recommend this book to an older age group( 12+ maybe ) as it was a bit scary at times and had some very bloody bits. This book is book 1 out of a 7 book seris

It’s a really good book. It’s fantasy, horror and adventure all together but set in a scene of London. My favourite character is probably Maxie as she is very courageous and adventurous, while trying to help the rest of the crew survive the harsh conditions. I would definitely suggest it if you are into adventure type books. But just to be warned it’s quite gory! I can’t wait to read the second book in the 5 book series! 1/5 for this series!
