Flo Brown is watching a fairytale unfolding in front of her eyes. Her mum is in the finals of the ‘Big Dreams’ talent show. I enjoyed the story but there was a little too much detail. It was quite long and took a long time to read.

I really liked this book, the way it was told made me feel like I was Flo, coping with her Mum becoming a big star after she enters Big Dreams, a talent show. I love Karen McCombie's books and I would definitely recommend them.

I rate this book 4 because it really transported me to a new world.I don't rate it 5 because the girl kept secrets from her mum and also told lies.

I borrowed this book from my local library and thought it could be quite interesting... And I think I proved myself right. This book was absolutely amazing, it was one of the best books I've ever read. There was a great story line and I'd like to say a big 'Well Done' to Karen McCombie.

It's so good because one minute you think you're going to cry but then the next you feel really happy. You don't know what will happen next.
