It was an amazing book with lots of detail. It shows all dogs have an owner who will always love them.

It's a really good book because all the dogs had to sit in cages and then the story gets better and better until the end. She's one of my favourite authors

I think you should read this because it is and amazing story about a boy who really wants a dog. His parents finally get him one but only for a weekend. You follow hal trying to get his dog back.

One dog and his boy is a book about friendship and adventure. There is a saying in this book that will make you smile. I love this book! It isn't the best book I've read but it is still amazing and I recommend it to other children.

It's full of adventure and at the end of chapters you get cliff hangers which make you want to read on. I like it because at the beginning there is one sort of setting but through out the story the setting changes which makes the story more interesting. At some points in the story get's a bit scary or sad but I think it's a very good book so if you like dogs it's the right book for you.

It is one of the best books I have ever read. It is about a boy called hal whose parents wont let him have a dog but then they rent him one for a weekend and they tell hal its for life when he finds out he runs away with it to his grandparents.
