I mean, it's pretty good, speaking as an almost-12 year old. A bit childish (It's a board book, what do you expect?) but really quite a good plot and- although I hate to say it- teaches a good lesson as well, about being grateful for what you have. And, the rhyming is really tip-top, although what else can you expect from Julia Donaldson herself, author of The Gruffalo! So, all in all, a pretty good book, and one which I hope will have toddlers all around the world rolling on the floor in laughter for decades to come.

It was fun book. I enjoyed the part where cow pushed the pig and jumped on the table. I liked the old lady trying to fix her house from being squashed and squeezed and turned it into a huge room filled with nothing except for table, chair and a jar

The book was funny. All the animals were being naughty and messing about because the old woman brought them in the house.

When the animals moved in, it was the funniest part of the book.

The wise old man was trying to help the little old woman. I don’t think I would like lots of animals in my house.

Countess Cupcake Volcano 30.08.2024

It’s very funny because the lady firstly said “There’s not enough room in my house.”and at the end she said “Just look at my house it’s enormous now.”
