Was a bit darker than the first and second

I really liked this book very much, and I couldn't stop reading it again and again.Jenna will be my favourite character in the Septimus Heap series, because despite knowing she may never be able to go back in her time, she still went through the mirror to save Septimus.I would recommend it people who like fantasy and adventure, but first, read Magik.
