Snowbert the Polar Bear
An Vrombaut, An Vrombaut
Lucy has some very strange neighbours with horns and humps, tails and trunks – that’s because Lucy lives next door to the zoo! Every night, she climbs down the long long neck of Georgina the Giraffe and listens to one of them tell her a story…Tonight it’s the story of ""Snowbert the Polar Bear"". Snowbert is lonely. The North Pole is quiet and cold. And he’s fed up of playing dominoes alone. Will he ever find a friend? This delightful series is broadcast on BBC1. Lucy and the zoo animals provide a link into different world-wide habitats, with many unusual animals, and humorous, but educational storylines. Wonderful child-friendly illustrations make this series a definite winner, with children and adults alike!

Snowbert is a lonely polar bear. He has no one to play with. One day he finds a seal called Sidney. He asks if she can be his friend and she says yes. One frosty day Snowbert walks out and to his suprise the ice hole is covered by ice. Will he ever find a friend again.

I liked Sydney, Snowbert's best friend, the best because she likes playing dominoes.
