A mummy pretends to be an uncle. Very good story

I loved the Egyptian theme, I think Mummies are very interesting. It was a bit gory in places when Uncle Jonathan dug his hands into the insides of one! I would definitely recommend this book to my friends.

Peter and Abby are staying with their Uncle Jonathan in an old, eerie village. Their Uncle Jonathan knows a lot about Egypt. His living room even looks like an ancient tomb. Uncle Jonathan had a housekeeper called Sonja. They even had a cat called a Cleopatra. Uncle Jonathan had a boy mummy in his house. Peter scared Abby by talking like the mummy. When Abby woke the next day a huge chunk of her hair had been cut off. The cat pounced on Abby and she threw water on it and then it turned into ashes. Abby and Peter saw their uncle unwrap a mummy and eat it's organs. Uncle a Jonathan and Sonja are ancient Egyptians who eat the organs of mummy's to stay alive. The real Uncle Jonathan came to rescue the children. The children threw water on the fake uncle and Sonja and they turned to ash.
