I thought the book was really good. The story was full of tension and was quite scary. It kept my interest because the characters switched scariness. One time Carly Beth (my favourite character) was the scary cat and the next Cluck and Steve were. I would recommend this book to someone who like scary stories.

These books were the first goosebumps books I have ever read. I loved the haunted mask the most because of the mysterious mask and the change between one character.
