Jilly really wants a dragon so she asks for one for her birthday. None of her family take her seriously, but Mr Pink at the magic shop does and he helps her to get the pet dragon she has wished for so long. Soon all Jilly's dreams come true on her very own Dragon Ride.

It's a really nice, short book with a girl that wants a dragon and lots of adventures. I would recommend this book for 6-12 year olds.
