I love learning about the plague and what life was like years ago in the olden days. I feel sad for the people who caught the plague and I learnt all about how they felt. Before they die they get red marks on their faces like little roses, they get a fever and they smell a sweet smell.

this book was fascinating, it was factual and I found out lots of extra information about the plague on the internet

A really good story I was completely gripped. It's all about children having to look after themselves when everyone has the plague - a bit of a ghost story too
