The puppy has lost his mother and father because they are stray dogs. He always woke up last and one day he woke up and his family had gone. He sits on a sleigh and everyone calls him Santa Paws. A boy and a girl make towel beds in a rocky alcove and give him food and in the end they keep him as their pet.
