In this story Nancy investigates a mystery again. This one is about a girl called Leslie being kidnapped. She is not asked to investigate though, she just thinks something bad is going on and decides to find out herself. It turns out that Leslie was kidnapped by Mr and Mrs Sharon because they wanted their daughter to win a music competition which they thought Leslie would win! That is not a very nice thing to do. They took her back after the show but their daughter Diane didn't win anyway. I would recommend this book to other people because I enjoyed trying to work out who the kidnappers were.
